Movie Review: Glass (2019)

    Hi everyone! My name is Raptanta and today im gonna review one movie that i liked. It's 'Glass' from M Night Shyamalan.

    This movie tells about Kevin Wendell Crumb. The man kidnaps girls to make offerings to the beast, one from 20 person in his body. David Dunn and his child (Joseph Dunn) try to solve the case of missing girls in the town. 

    Other side Dr. Ellie Staple, come and take them all to rehabilitation center. Together with Mr. Glass (Elijah Price) they try to find answers to they superpowers.

    Now lets move to review session:

    First thing that I like about this movie is the audience's perception. At this movie the audience has 3 different perceptions.

    1. The audience thinks that the main characters in this movie has a disease and delusions that they has superpowers.

    2. The audience believes this is a superhero movie and these characters have superpowers.

    3. the audience is a cctv, always there in every scene of the movie.  Keep an eye on everything that happens.

    Second, this movie is trilogy from another M Night Shyamalan's movie. Unbreakable (2000) and Split (2016). Isn't this is crazy? I mean they turned out to be planning a timeline for this movie since 20 years ago. Who would have thought that a movie from the 2000's would get its trilogy in the 2019's?

    Another amazing thing is that this film uses the same actors and actresses as 20 years ago. 

    One characteristic of M Night Shyamalan's movie is that every movie has one or more plot twist in there.

    For the story, this movie has a good storyboard. it doesn't make you dizzy and you still enjoy it.

    My favorite character in this film is Kevin Wandell Crumb. James McAvoy is such a great actor, he successfully portrayed 20 personalities at one time. 

    8 / 10 for this movie. I highly recommend you to watch it.
